How long does the celebration last?

It is a weekend event. Arrival is on Friday, departure on Sunday. A single day would not do justice to the trip.

Where do we stay?

All guests stay directly in the castle. You do not have to arrange accommodation yourself.

How much does the accommodation cost?

The accommodation fee is EUR 149 for adults and EUR 75 for adolescents (with their own bed). The fee applies to the entire weekend. More info here.

Can I only participate on individual days?

Of course, you can leave earlier – however, the accommodation fee applies to the entire weekend regardless.

What is the best way to get there?

First, travel to Halle (Saale) main station. From there, you can take a bus or taxi to Beesenstedt and then on to the castle.

Is there a dress code?

No fixed dress code. Your clothing can be free, playful, mystical, and comfortable. You can find inspiration in the slideshow. Click for inspo.

Can I contribute my own program items or activities?

What should I bring with me?

Curiosity, openness, and a few practical items. You can find a packing list on the website. Apart from that: Your presence is your biggest gift!

What is the catering like?

All meals are vegetarian/vegan. There are regular meals, snacks between meals, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic magic potions available at all times. When you register using the form, you can let us know about any allergies or preferences you may have.

How do I let you know about my dietary requirements?

When you fill out the registration / RSVP form, you can tell us about any allergies, intolerances, and preferences, which we will of course take into account as far as possible.
